IFL Player is a media player application that allows users to play their own personal media content, including M3U/M3U8 playlists and streaming URLs that the user already has legal access to. IFL Player does not host, provide, supply, or distribute any media content, channels, or streams. We do not endorse, promote, or facilitate the use of our application for accessing copyrighted material without proper authorization.
We take copyright complaints very seriously. If you believe that any use of IFL Player infringes on your copyrighted works, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
By downloading, installing, or using IFL Player (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the Application.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or at least 13 years of age with parental or legal guardian consent, to use this Application.
IFL Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the Application or via the contact information provided. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use and uninstall the Application.
The basic version of IFL Player allows users to load and play their personal media content, including M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs. This service is provided at no cost and is subject to periodic maintenance and updates.
The premium subscription unlocks additional features including but not limited to: unlimited playlists, EPG (Electronic Program Guide) support, multi-device access, advanced search, picture-in-picture mode, external player integration, and ad-free experience.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be managed through your device's subscription settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
Available plans: Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime (one-time purchase). Prices are displayed in the Application and may vary by region.
IFL Player is a tool — a media player. All content accessed through the Application is provided by the user, not by IFL Media. You are solely and entirely responsible for:
IFL Media does not monitor, control, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any content accessed by users through the Application.
The Application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and user interface, is the intellectual property of IFL Media and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not: copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the Application or any part thereof; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application; or remove any proprietary notices from the Application.
IFL Media respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Users warrant and represent that all content they access through the Application is legally obtained and that they have proper authorization to play such content.

Important: M3U playlist URLs and streaming credentials entered by the user are stored exclusively on the user's device and are never transmitted to or stored on IFL Media's servers.
IFL Media reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Application at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IFL Media does not warrant that: the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure; any defects will be corrected; or the Application is free of viruses or harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IFL Media SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.
In no event shall IFL Media's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to IFL Media in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or €50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IFL Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: your use of the Application; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or any content you access through the Application.
The Application may interact with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and payment processors. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms and policies. IFL Media is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
IFL Media may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, IFL Media, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.
Sections 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, and 16 shall survive any termination of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
