How to delete your account
- Open the IFL Player app on your device.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom right).
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.

What gets deleted:
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
- Device registrations and license information
- Account credentials (email, hashed password)
- Search history and library data
- Subscription records (active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Google Play or App Store)
What is NOT affected:
- Your M3U playlists (stored only on your device — we never had them)
- Active Google Play or App Store subscriptions (cancel these separately in your store settings)
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
- If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first through Google Play or Apple App Store to avoid being charged after deletion.
- After deletion, you can create a new account, but your previous data cannot be recovered.
- Email deletion requests are processed within 48 hours on business days.
